Yes, we are talking about the ever calm and intelligent Joke Silva.

She studied English at the University of Lagos. Prior to that, she went to study drama at the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Arts in England.

This woman of inestimable value has been in the movie scenes for quite a while dating back to the early 1990s. We all can't forget her role in the 1995 thriller "Violated" where she showed her acting prowess and began her dominating characters in movies to come.

"Aunty Joke" as she is fondly called has created a niche for herself in the movie industry, 

locally and internationally and it is safe to say that she can be inducted into the "Hall of Fame" of Nigerian movie legends.
